While the rates are definitely higher than many other hotels, the many and differently-designed sitting spaces in the lobby; the avant-garde and artistic touches (many art pieces in the lobby and then the surprise in the room toilet haha! Very quirky artwork on the "jaipong" traditional dance vs disco - I love that!); the room is well-designed, giving it a spacious look even though it's not that big, the high bed and the pillow mix were super comfy; the addition of the footboard bench at the foot of the bed is truly very helpful to place my handbags and change of clothes within reach. And, the connection to the shopping mall (Central Park) is of course a bonus - so convenient!

Since the first day I entered the hotel till the last day, I was amazed by everything and most important the staff' way of welcoming and helping and thier way of respect was so awesome. In addition, securty is really noticed and I valued it. I felt so much safe and secured during all these days. I was so glad that I made a reservation with included breakfast because breakfast was out standing for real. This hotel is really perfect and I will stay again in it if I visit Jakarta in future. Special thanks to: Tika, Sumi, Kevin and Aldo. Also, thanks for all pullman's staff.
